LEGAL
CLAIM NOTICE.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.
BY USING OUR SERVICES YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS
& CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.
Goods
means the articles, things or services described in
the contract between Frontline Clothing Ltd and the
purchaser. All goods shall be paid for at the time of
order for new customers/young businesses. No goods shall
be dispatched or collection allowed until paid for in
full. For account customers all goods remain the property
of Frontline Clothing until paid for in full.
By
their nature the goods once customised do not have a
redeemable value and no refunds or credits for goods
correctly supplied can be offered. Any shortcomings
or defects in goods supplied must be notified to Frontline
Clothing Ltd within 7 days of delivery. Such goods must
be returned to Frontline Clothing Ltd for inspection.
If we verify that we have made an error in terms of
quality of the goods supplied, we will re-supply the
goods on return of the faulty items.
All
prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax and this will
be charged at the appropriate rate, where applicable.
Nothing
herein shall impose any liability upon Frontline Clothing
Ltd in respect of any effect in the goods arising out
of the acts, omissions, negligence or default of the
Purchaser, its servants or agents including without
prejudice to the generality of the foregoing handling
and storage of the goods.
Frontline
Clothing shall not be liable for any costs, claims
or damage arising out of any act of tort or omission
or breach of contract or statutory duty calculated by
reference to profits, income production or accruals
or by reference to accrual of such, claim, damages or
expenses on a time basis.
The
liability of Frontline Clothing to the purchaser of
any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever
caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances exceed
the price of the goods.
If
the purchaser shall be in breach of any of their obligations
under the contract Frontline Clothing may (without
prejudice to Frontline Clothing's rights subsequently
to determine the contract for the same cause should
it so decide) suspend further deliveries of goods without
notice until any defaults by the purchaser are remedied.
No
statement, description, information or recommendation
contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement
or communication or made verbally by any employee of
Frontline Clothing Ltd shall be construed to enlarge,
vary or override in any way these conditions.
All material contained in any catalogue, price list,
advertisement or similar communication is protected
under copyright (c) of Frontline Clothing Ltd. All
rights are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited
to redistribute, copy or republish any of the material
contained in these resources.
COPYRIGHTS
AND TRADEMARKS
You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service
marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed
to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed
by Frontline Clothing Ltd. Words, names, and designs
used to identify services or products are considered
trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The same policy
is applicable for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed
copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers,
composers, writers, and other authors of original works.
The copyright owner's exclusive rights prohibit the
reproduction of any original work.
CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs,
graphics, messages or other materials ("Content")
are the sole responsibility of the customer. This means
that you are entirely responsible for all permission
and laws relating to the customisation of any item both
in the country of origin and intended countries or regions
of distribution.
INCLUDED
DESIGN
Where Frontline Clothing Ltd have provided design, you
are only entitled to use this design for items supplied
by Frontline Clothing Ltd.
CUSTOMER
SUPPLIED ARTWORK & COLOURS
Due to the nature of the various forms of garment customisation
accurate matching of colours is not always possible.
All
artwork, designs and images must be provided in a vector
based format.
ORDER
APPROVAL
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and
layout approval prior to the customisation process.
Frontline Clothing is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final
product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling Errors
Punctuation Errors
Grammar Errors
Graphics Orientation or Placement
Incorrect Fonts Usage
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Frontline Clothing
and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents,
co-branders, print vendors, business partners, employees
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising
out of any item we produce under your instruction.
ORDER
CANCELLATION
If you cancel you order it is likely that we will have
already incurred some costs which will be chargeable
to you. Our Customer Service Team will be able to tell
at which stage your order is at and advise of any charges
that have occurred so far.
Due
to speed of turnaround offered/expected cost can be
incurred almost immediately from the point you sign
off your order
DELIVERY
DELAYS
Frontline Clothing is in no way responsible for any
delays and delivery errors. Frontline Clothing will
make every effort to rectify the situation wherever
possible.
DELIVERY
ERRORS, DAMAGE & WHOLE LOSS
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for goods over
£50.00 in value and can only be done after 30
days from despatch. Frontline Clothing is not responsible
for 3rd party errors, omissions or damaged consignments.
WRONG
ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a package is not delivered due to an error made
by the customer in submitting the wrong delivery address,
Frontline Clothing will re-send the package with corrected
address and charge for additional delivery costs.
